Kathakar in Mumbai

Calling all Mumbaikars and those who missed the Delhi leg...catch us live on 9 and 10 December 2017...CoHear with Mohit Chauhan with some soulful folk songs from the mountains and Danish Hussain with his Qissebaazi... Also Bruno Leone with his Pulcinella and Joe Baele with his bag full of Belgian tales..Deepti Naval, Prathana Gahilote, Nalini Ramachandran and Shaguna Gahilote.

Do join us in Mumbai for the last stop of Kathakar - International Storytellers Festival 2017, the only oral storytelling festival in India.

A special session for under-privileged kids will be held on 9th December from 10 am to 11:30 am at the Vidhyadhiraja High School and Junior College.

Organized by Nivesh and HHACH as part of the Ghummakkad Narain - Travelling Literature Festival. Sponsor - Babaji Music.Supported by IGNCA, National Centre for the Performing Arts (NCPA), BookASmile, and the Italian Cultural Centre. Venue partners - Bhau Daji Lad Museum and Harkat Studios.

Entry is free and seating on first come, first serve basis (except at Harkat Studios).
