Rachna Bisht
Rachna Bisht has been working in the area of women and children for more than 20 years. She has served in various national and international organisations including the National Commission for Women, The World Bank and UN Women. She has also received several awards for her work. She had initiatied the union with UNESCO in 2010 to support the Right to Education Act of the Government of India to promote reading and setting up of libraries through the Ghummakkad Narain - Travelling Literature Festival.

Prarthna Gahilote
Prarthna is a writer, lyricist and a journalist. She has worked with several media orgnaisations such as The Asian Age, The Indian Express, The Independent on Sunday (London), CNN-IBN and The Outlook. She has received several awards and scholarships for her work including the National Rajiv Gandhi Yuva Kavi Award for excellence in poetry writing. She is the brain behind Ghummakkad Narain which she has creatively led since its inception in 2010.

Shaguna Gahilote
Shaguna Gahilote is a writer, storyteller and an education, peace and culture specialist. Her areas of expertise include arts education, peace and culture and community based programmes. She has spent a number of years training and developing teacher training materials and resources for children some together with the NCERT. She has served in various national and international organisations including the Indian National Trust for Art and Cultural Heritage (INTACH), United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation (UNESCO), National Commission for the Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR), Medecins Sans Frontieres (MSF), Embassy of Belgium and the British Council where she was the Head of Literature and Arts Programmes.
